On September 25th KCDC put together one last bash at the spot that everyone was talking about this summer. With 50 Kent slated to close the next day and get demolished, tons of people came out to skate and it wasn’t your traditional contest either. Challenges such as the fastest/farthest kickflip, longest powerslide, and best doubles on any part of the park brought out a lot of characters. The day was more about having fun with friends than trying to huck yourself down the biggest obstacle with the gnarliest trick of the moment.

There was a best trick up the eurogap, but you had to tic-tac your way up to it; no pushing allowed. Just because it was about fun, didn’t mean there wasn’t some sick skating going down. Check out the video and photos from the event.
