It’s no secret that we’re big fans of A.skate – a non-profit foundation created to introduce kids with autism to the engaging and therapeutic effects of skateboarding. So, we were stoked to see their new collaboration with Vans on a new shoe for Spring 2014. The shoe is a first ever Laceless Era Pro and features artwork by Jay Croft. For every pair sold, a portion of the profit will go to support A.skate in their mission to empower kids with autism everywhere, including hosting nationwide autism-friendly skate clinics. Check your local skate shop for availability and learn more about A.skate by watching the documentary by Ben Duffy.
