Open Road announced yesterday that Rob Campbell will be replacing Billy Rohan as Director of Skateboarding. Rob will be leading all Skateboarding Physical Education classes, annual skateboarding events, and all advocacy to ensure skate spots remain open to the public citywide. Most recent is the challenge of reopening 12th & A to the public which according to Paula Hewitt Amram “…will be an uphill battle. We will be meeting again within the next 2 weeks to take our next steps”. Keep an eye on our calendar for upcoming meetings.
